Training: Our comprehensive training spans technical skills (g. Excel modelling and PowerPoint design), soft skills (e.g. time management, effective communication and presentation skills), and consulting expertise (e.g. project management, deliverable creation and stakeholder management).
Client Projects: Following your onboarding week, you’ll immediately support clients across our practice areas, including Investments, Client & Digital and Operations. This approach involves working in small-to-medium-sized teams, ensuring significant responsibilities from the very start.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:
Be on track to achieve / recently obtained a Master’s degree (or equivalent), with diverse academic backgrounds welcomed
Possess internship experience in a relevant sector (e.g., Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services)
Exhibit fluency in English (both spoken and written), with an additional requirement based on your desired location: English and French for France, English and one of French or German for Luxembourg, and English and German for Germany
Availability to start in September 2025 (or potentially earlier on a case by case basis)
Display a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
Showcase ambition, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Be a team player with a strong sense of teamwork
Show interest in participating in various aspects of business management, including practices, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives
Application Process:
The multi-stage recruitment process is as follows:
Apply with your CV (please indicate the area code for your phone number e.g. +33 for France)
Cognitive Exercise (30 minutes, virtual) – online exercise to be completed in your own time
Video Interview (10 minutes, virtual) – virtual interview where you will be asked to record a short video answer to 2 questions on your understanding of and motivation for joining
Interview & Case Study (60 minutes, virtual) – made up of a 30 minutes discussion of your background and interest in Alpha, and a 30 minutes mini case study which will be a problem solving exercise.
Final Round Interview (45 minutes, in person) – with one of our Partners from Alpha Europe
