This project is a starting point of many other projects within Ataway.

Working as a Functional Lead for our client, you will integrate a team dedicated to the Production application. This team main missions are:

• Ensure optimal quality of services to our users

• Process support queries from users

• Pre-emptive evolutions linked to conformity or maintenance of the application

• Approve upgrades of production (new component / bug fix / enhancement / setup)

And your main missions will be:

• Help steer and train support teams

• Validate upgrades

• Participate on very complex corrective maintenance issues and preventive maintenance

• Discuss directly with internal customers to manage a subject as a whole

• Coordinate all technical projects preferentially to manage tests campaign

• Participate on governance definition on SaaS applications

• Functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance processes and specially Receivables Module with minimum 3 years of experience

• Ability to understand customer business flows

• SQL knowledge

• Fluent in both French and English
