This project is a starting point of many other projects within Ataway.
Working as a Functional Lead for our client, you will integrate a team dedicated to the Production application. This team main missions are:
Ensure optimal quality of services to our users
Process support queries from users
Pre-emptive evolutions linked to conformity or maintenance of the application
Approve upgrades of production (new component / bug fix / enhancement / setup)
And your main missions will be:
Help steer and train support teams
Validate upgrades
Participate on very complex corrective maintenance issues and preventive maintenance
Discuss directly with internal customers to manage a subject as a whole
Coordinate all technical projects preferentially to manage tests campaign
Participate on governance definition on SaaS applications
Functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance processes and specially Receivables Module with minimum 3 years of experience
Ability to understand customer business flows
SQL knowledge
Fluent in both French and English
