Aside from creating a fast-paced environment for ambitious young professionals, the Associate program creates tomorrow's leaders. 100% of our commercial leadership team started their careers at AlphaSights and were promoted from within the firm.

Martin grew up in Paris and studied an MSc Business Development in the south of France at Grenoble École de Management.
He joined AlphaSights shortly after graduation in January, 2021 to work with clients in strategy consulting. Two years later, in January, 2023, he was promoted to become a manager on his team.
Eve studied the MSc in International Negotiation and Business Development at IÉSEG School of Management.
She spent time spent studying and working in both Canada and South Korea before joining AlphaSights in September, 2023.
Pedro is from Brazil and studied a CEMS - Master in International Management at both Prague University of Economics and Business and Esade Business School in Barcelona.
He joined AlphaSights in September, 2022 and is working with clients in private equity.
Sarah grew up in the north of France and studied the Bachelor in Business Administration at ESSEC Business School.
She joined AlphaSights in April, 2024.
Gabriel was born in Annecy and studied a Master's in Management at EMLyon Business School.
He joined AlphaSights in January, 2024 and is working with clients in strategy consulting.
