Animaj is looking for a Content Delivery & Asset Management Intern to support its Global Distribution and Consumer Products team in managing and delivering world-class animation content to top-tier platforms like Disney, Netflix, and Amazon.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced media environment. You’ll work closely with the Servicing Manager, helping to structure our growing content library, ensure smooth deliveries, and maintain seamless communication with partners.

Responsibilities

●       Content Management: Organize, review and archive audiovisual assets and metadata.

●       Quality Control: Assist in reviewing content to ensure it meets quality standards and partner specifications.

●       Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the servicing team, clients, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and expectations.

●       Documentation: Maintain detailed records of deliverables, updates, and correspondence.

●       Delivery Coordination: Monitor, track, and manage content delivery timelines for distribution partners.

●       Issue Resolution: Address and troubleshoot minor servicing issues under supervision.

●       Final-year student or currently pursuing a degree in Media Management, Audiovisual Production, Digital Distribution, Business, or a related field.

●       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

●       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

●       Team Player with eager to learn and collaborate

●       English proficiency a must

●       Basic understanding of audiovisual formats, delivery platforms and file management tools is a plus

●      A passion for animation, entertainment, and digital distribution is a strong advantage.
