Animaj is seeking a Servicing coordinator Intern for a six month training period, to join its growing Global Distribution and Consumer Products team in Paris, France. This role will primarily support the Servicing Manager in defining and organizing the material related to key Animaj properties.

You will partner with internally to build the foundation of our database and external partners to deliver material for Animaj’s leading franchises. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations in managing deliverables, coordinating with partners and teams, and maintaining a seamless workflow for audiovisual content distribution.

You will report directly to the Servicing Manager.

Responsibilities

●       Asset Management: Organize, review and archive audiovisual assets and metadata.

●       Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing content to ensure it meets quality standards and partner specifications.

●       Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the servicing team, clients, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and expectations.

●       Documentation: Maintain detailed records of deliverables, updates, and correspondence.

●       Coordinate Deliverables: Monitor, track, and manage content delivery timelines for distribution partners.

●       Issue Resolution: Address and troubleshoot minor servicing issues under supervision.


Profil recherché

●       Final year of Business School/University a preference

●       Must be self-motivated, highly organized and rigorous

●       Must be able to prioritize competing needs

●       Good communication skills

●       Team Player with eager to learn and collaborate

●       Interest in audiovisual content and distribution processes

●       English proficiency a must

●       Basic understanding of audiovisual formats, delivery platforms and file management tools is a plus


Déroulement des entretiens

●       Screening interview with our Servicing Manager (60’)

●       Final Interview with our SVP Global Distribution (30’)
