Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organizing exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brand. There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days. When you are not travelling, you may be asked to support sales activities at your local showroom.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Inventory Management
You will be responsible for managing the inventory count both before and after each sale
Action stock loss reports and keep the account manager informed
Communicate with floor manager to improve sell-throughs
Investigating and performing detailed analysis of stock take results
Managing product pricing/tagging
Event Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an enjoyable in-store experience
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalised interactions
Actively promote cross-selling to meet sales targets and KPIs
Effectively handle customer complaints, escalating issues to management as needed
Maintain high standards for shop floor appearance and visual displays
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office package with advanced Excel skills
