Optimization squad, it’s a new squad that ensures the reliability, scalability, and stability of the data pipeline for clients and also provides some campaign performance monitoring tools. We are looking for someone who wants to deliver qualified applications.

As a Python Developer in the Optimization squad, you will :

• Contribute to the development of our Python-based applications and platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

• Provide technical solutions to business challenges and critically evaluate existing systems and solutions.

• Write and maintain unit tests.

• Share knowledge and best practices within the team

Technical Stack

• Proficient in Python 3.9+, Pandas, SQL, Docker and FastAPI

• 1/3 years of experience in the development of software in Python

• Passionate about development best practices (clean code, testing, automation, etc.)

• Comfortable with Git and version control systems

• Familiar with containerization (Docker) & Kubernetes.

• Experience with web application development and understanding of RESTful APIs

• Good level in english & french

Our process is divided into 5 steps :

• Technical test (1 week) - sent by Antoine

• Technical interviews + debriefing with Squad lead Antoine & Yamen backend dev 60 my by pers

• Fit interview with Ibrahim, other member of Optim squad - 30 min

• Fit interviews with HRD and CTO in our office - 30 min each
