  • Work directly with clients to help them get the most out of AssoConnect

    • Onboarding & training, targeted to our most important clients

    • Customer Support, to solve their toughest problems

  • Ensure our clients get the most of our software, through activation

    • Webinars

    • Group training

    • Resources improvement


Profil recherché

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a customer-centric environment, ideally in SaaS/Tech

  • Fluency in both French and English

  • Tech-savvy, and proficient on Excel & data cleaning


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Screening interview with our Head of Operations

  • Case study (on site), followed by an interview with Senior Managers

  • Final interview with CEO
