As part of the software team, you will play a key role in architecting and optimizing our Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), developing a complex DMS (Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch), and creating and maintaining microservices in Python (Flask). Your ability to understand technical challenges, propose improvements, and implement them in an agile way will be critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the existing environment: Familiarize yourself with the current tech stack (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, and messaging systems) to understand its strengths, areas for improvement, and scalability conditions.

• Proposing and implementing improvements: Identify and deploy solutions to streamline deployments, optimize data storage and processing, and enhance platform robustness.

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines: Ensure the reliability and automation of testing, delivery, and deployment processes to reduce production lead times and improve overall quality.

• Developing Python microservices (Flask): Design, develop, and optimize modular, maintainable, and efficient microservices that interact seamlessly with the broader software ecosystem.

• On-Premise integration: Collaborate on the gradual implementation of an On-Premise solution, ensuring optimal consistency and interoperability between Cloud environments and internal infrastructure.

• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Clearly document processes, tools, and best practices to facilitate team onboarding and ensure efficient knowledge transfer.

Working closely with developers, domain experts, and all stakeholders, you will be a driving force in our continuous improvement efforts. Your innovation mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit will enable you to play a pivotal role in the success of our projects.

• Fluent in professional French and English (written and spoken)

• Expertise in AWS services (Compute, Storage, Managed Databases, Networking)

• Experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)

• Network infrastructure skills

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and search/distribution engines (ElasticSearch)

• Proficiency with streaming/messaging tools (Kafka)

• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub

• Software deployment experience, ideally with Python/Flask
