As part of our growth, we are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and eager to contribute to healthcare access and join a dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly team. We are looking for a Process Engineer to strengthen our Foundry team, to focus on the development, optimisation and scale-up of 3D microfluidic chip processing. You will work cross-functionally with the product, R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from prototyping to production.
Main responsibilities:
Develop, caracterise, validate innovative manufacturing processes for the assembly of microfluidic medical consummable.
Optimize process to reach quality and throughput targets.
Implement process monitoring techniques.
Perform process simulations and modelling.
Education: Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement certifications, is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering including process scale-up and tech transfer activities. Experience in production line design, is a plus.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
