About the Job
By joigning the Ataway team, you will be responsible for HR within the French entity, and you will be the main point of contact regarding HR at a global level.
Your role will be to conduct and manage all the HR processes and participate to or initiate HR projects to contribute to Ataway’s success. To do that, you will manage:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist and guarantee the whole recruitment process including the onboarding
The employee relations
Payroll and every compensation & benefits aspects
The talent processes including performance reviews and the training plan
Health and safety at work
The internal (Intranet) and external (branding) communication
The CSR actions
The contracts with our subcontractors
All current and future HR projects: Employee Survey and HRIS for example
You will also guarantee the respect of legal obligations and manage the HR department through reports and KPI’s.
You are curious, autonomous and resilient.
Must Have:
Significant experience in a similar role
Experience in Consulting environment
Exeprience in Management
Fluent in both French and English
Strong knowledge of French labor laws
Strong knowledge in Payroll
Nice to Have

3ème entretien (optionnel): Autre membre d’Ataway (Manager ou Top Management)
