Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Le stage se déroulera dans le centre de formation des pilotes et techniciens avion, au sein du service développant et délivrant les formations maintenance aux compagnies aériennes.

Votre mission consistera à :

• Vous familiariser avec l’organisation de formation maintenance (approuvée PART 147 par l’AESA), ses 60+ cours, ses interfaces et ses supports de formation
• Développer un portail web (ou tout autre solution) regroupant les informations nécessaires à la réalisation de chaque cours afin de permettre à tous les intervenants de l’activité (service commercial, service planification, service administration des étudiants, instructeurs, responsable pédagogique…) d’y retrouver très facilement les éléments dont ils ont besoin.
• Faire un benchmark de l’état de l’art en termes de formation de maintien des compétences
• Développer un support élève interactif pour mettre l’accent sur points techniques essentiels de chaque système avion

Dans la première partie du stage plus orientée informatique et processus, il sera essentiel de mettre l’accent dans le développement d’une interface claire et facile d’utilisation pour tous les intervenants. Dans la seconde partie du stage plus orientée technique avion et formation, les challenges seront dans la création de contenu interactif et captivant pour les apprenants, notamment en utilisant des outils de collaboration en ligne, mais également d’avoir à l’esprit dans le choix des solutions techniques choisies, la maintenabilité et la facilité de mise à jour des cours dans le temps.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Etudiant dans une grande école aéronautique (Bac+5) à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études
• Intéressé par les technologies informatiques, la technique avion et la formation
• Avide de partager ses connaissances et de créer des contenus de formation interactifs en utilisant les dernières technologies du moment
• Avec des connaissances techniques sur les systèmes avion
• Avec une bonne capacité de communication, d'organisation et d'autonomie

Detailed description of the mission:

The internship will take place in the pilot and aircraft mechanics training centre, within the flight operations support department.

Your mission will be to :

• Familiarize yourself with the maintenance training organization (PART 147 approved by EASA), its 60+ courses, interfaces and training materials.
• Develop a web portal (or any other solution) bringing together the information needed to run each course, so that all those involved in the activity (sales department, planning department, student administration department, instructors, training manager, etc.) can easily find the information they need.
• Benchmark the state of the art in terms of recurrent maintenance training.
• Develop an interactive student material to emphasize the key technical points of each aircraft system

In the first part of the internship, which is more IT and process-oriented, it will be essential to focus on developing a clear, easy-to-use interface for all those involved. In the second part of the internship more technical and training oriented, the challenges will be to create an interactive and captivating content for learners, notably using online collaboration tools, but also to bear in mind the maintainability and ease of updating courses over time, when choosing a technical solution.

Student Masters Degree in aeronautics (Bac+5) looking for an end-of-studies project

• Interested in IT tools, aircraft systems and training
• Eager to share knowledge and create interactive training content using the latest technologies
• Good technical knowledge on aircraft systems

• Good communication, organization and autonomy skills
