Altitude products main promise is to help our clients identify climate and nature-related risks basing on quantitative indicators and incite to action. Capitalizing on our consultant’s DNA, each risk flagged in Altitude is associated with a description of potential impacts and a full set of recommendations. All these contents are personalized per activity sector and/or type of asset. As an example, we won’t formulate the same recommendations if a manufacturing plant or a social infrastructure is at risk of pluvial flooding. Presenting qualitative and pragmatic contents is key to help our customers better understand a risk and take actions.

Our platforms are already used by many clients (PE & Infra funds, industrial players,…); we are now looking for a passionate Climate and Nature Content Manager to contribute to our fast growth. This role is central to Altitude’s mission of empowering funds and corporate players to navigate the complexities of climate and nature risk with confidence.

Your mission as a Content Manager

As a Climate and Nature Content Manager at Altitude, you will work transversally across our platforms to ensure that our solutions remain at the forefront of climate and nature risk analysis. Here is an overview of your missions.

Enhance and expand Altitude platforms contents:

• Refine existing contents: continuously improve the clarity, accuracy, and actionability of content provided in Altitude products to ensure it addresses user needs effectively.

• Develop new contents: create sector-specific and asset-type-specific content to broaden Altitude’s coverage across diverse industries and investment contexts.

• Ensure consistency: align content with Altitude’s voice and methodology, ensuring uniform quality and reliability across the platform.

• Leverage AI for effective content creation: design and implement workflows that integrate AI tools while maintaining the highest standards of content quality and reliability.

• Regularly update methodology pages and user guides to reflect new developments in climate and nature risk analysis.

• Track the latest developments in climate and nature-related mitigation and adaptation strategies, regulations, and technologies, and translate them into actionable insights for users.

Contribute to Altitude’s visibility:

• Author white papers, reports, and thought leadership articles that establish Altitude as a trusted name in climate and nature risk management.

• Support the team in webinars, events or client workshops, showcasing Altitude’s unique value proposition.

Based on your skills and appetite, you could also contribute to others missions related to product, account management or marketing initiatives. As we are still in an early phase of our development, your scope could evolve quickly based on your will.

You will directly work with Altitude’s CPO, and actively collaborate with AXA Climate Consulting teams.

• Experience: 3+ years as an ESG/CSR or climate/nature consultant.

• Content creation: You are passionate about climate transition and adaptation, you have appetite for dissecting theses topics.

• Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.

• Strong synthesis skills: turn complex information into clear, actionable messages.

• Organized and rigorous: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions.

• Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Autonomous, fast learner and continuously improving.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is a plus.

• Interest for Climate Change and ESG/CSR topics.

• Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside.
