Within the Group, you will join the AXA Group Communication & Engagement team: within the Group Brand, Communication and Corporate Responsibility department of the AXA Group, the Communication & Engagement division is responsible for engaging with internal and external audiences in order to build, defend and develop a strong image of AXA. 

Within this Department, you will have a transversal role, reporting to the Communication & Engagement Director.

Your job and daily missions:

The “Communication Project Manager” will be, depending on the type of the missions, leading or supporting internal and external communication actions: campaigns, contents, events, etc. They will execute

  • Define & execute communication operations supporting the global communication strategy with a working hand in hand with key stakeholders in the creation of communication plan and high-quality contents, as well in the deployment of these campaigns to all entities. 
  • Develop strategic planning activities and mindset: provide regular benchmarks and gather intelligence to stir the department , propose new formats, conferences, and events to attend
  • Strong support on the entities’ animation and the management of internal and external communication projects (HR, Business, Strategy, Innovation….) 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, and report and escalate risks and issues to the campaign/project lead as needed
  • Evaluate the impact of each project in relation to the KPIs defined by the department

Profil recherché

Let’s talk about you:

  • Good project management and communication skills 
  • Strong ability to manage complex transversal international projects 
  • Experiences in large international corporates is a plus 
  • Good knowledge of corporate event management as well digital events management 
  • Autonomy and strong sense of initiative 
  • 1-3 years in a similar role.
