The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leveraging technology to drive strategic business goals? We are seeking a dynamic HRIS Business Partner to join our Group HR Operations team. This role is instrumental in shaping the HR technological landscape to support our organization's strategic objectives and enhance the HR experience for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact for Group HR and entities, maintaining strong relationships and deep understanding of existing architectures within entities. Act as the advisor (as requested) on local projects and lead tool-related change management on a global scale.
  • Evolution Management: Take the lead in reviewing and prioritizing the environment of HR IT tools, ensuring alignment with HR business strategy. Drive the HR Domain improvement plan, oversee the tools' operational activities, and manage communities of HR Information Systems.
  • Project Ownership: Act as the business owner of tools for master processes, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and budget. Lead IT projects impacting the HR Domain, conducting impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project plan management.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage global contracts and relationships with suppliers, overseeing contracting, budget negotiation, and monitoring KPIs and SLAs. Review our position between AXA GO and entities and contribute to ticket management analysis.
  • Service Model Contribution: Contribute to the new Service Model for HRIS service delivery approach, actively participating in designing, developing, and tracking the implementation of the new service model.

Profil recherché

  •  Confirmed experience in HRIS, HR, or IT project management, with a proven track record of driving international projects to successful implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with technical proficiency in HR application systems and interfaces.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment, managing multiple priorities and changing demands while remaining responsive to end-user needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in digital projects implementation and operational process improvements.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
