Specifically, we aim to:

-          Further strengthen value creation for the entire AXA Group;

-          Support and encourage innovation within AXA;

-          Automate and integrate simplicity into our day-to-day work, while ensuring we effectively contribute to AXA’s mission and strategy.

 

The Group Operations teams include:

-          Group Technology Office (GTO) and Group CIO: define AXA’s global IT strategy; promotes the convergence of IT within the entities and provide them with shared services;

-          Group Security: protects our employees, our stakeholders and the AXA brand by securing information and managing cybersecurity, physical security and operational resiliency;

-          Group Emerging Technologies and Data: defines the Group’s data maturity ambitions; builds and manages the community; coordinates research and expertise; supports the less mature entities in terms of data; identifies market-leading technologies and develops disruptive technologies for the entities; creates use cases for specific technologies with the entities;

-          Group Procurement: defines AXA’s procurement strategy, guidelines and Group standards; manages relations with our strategic suppliers and accelerates business purchases;

-          Group Strategic Program Management: ensures the consistency of global projects with the Group’s strategy; oversees the implementation and performance of strategic projects;

-          GO Transformation: accelerates agile transformation within Group Operations; establishes and implements a common HR communication and strategy across our division.

-          GO Strategy: supports the definition and execution of the strategy for the entity, ensuring alignment with Group strategic orientations, and consistency within AXA GO

-          GO Organization, Process Data: Ensure transversality and consistency in the improvement and optimization of processes, organizational design and GO data strategy, in line with AXA GO strategy

-          AXA Global Business Services: offers shared services aligned with AXA’s business priorities;

 

In this context, you will be joining the GO Organization, Process Data (OPD)

 

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

 

Reporting to the Head of Organization, Process and Data, in a team directly reporting to the CEO of AXA GO, your core missions will be:

 

Playing a key role in the process excellence squad:

-          Supporting Process Improvement:

o   Assisting in designing and implementing process improvement methodology and tools (including AI automation / data analysis / process mining techniques)

o   Monitoring and analyzing key KPIs of GO processes with guidance

o   Contributing to process improvement workshops and proposing solutions

o   Participating in the community of process owners and experts across AXA

-          Contributing to Process alignment and standardization:

o   Providing ad hoc support to process owners and workshops on alignment and standardization

o   Assisting in ensuring adherence to the standardization framework across AXA GO

 

Contributing to the reorganization process:   

-          Helping run the “Business As Usual” (BAU) reorganization process, controlling managers’ requests are in Iine with AXA GO Target Operating model, challenging their demands when necessary and supporting the implementation of BAU changes in AXA GO IT systems

-          Securing the bi-annual “Window” reorganization (i.e., more significant reorganizations happening twice a year):

o   Supporting managers from all AXA GO divisions in the preparation of their reorganization requests

o   Preparing key reorganization documents on a specific scope (social pack, implementation file)

o   Helping structuring and delivering the communication to all GO Divisions (before, during and after the reorganization) and ExCom members

-          Contributing to the Reorganization process reengineering:  

o   Performing ad hoc data analysis and deep dive to push for reorganizations within specific scopes

o   Contributing to the continuous improvement of the reorganization process, organizing feedback sessions at the end of each window (e.g., what were the pain points? How to do better (e.g., leveraging AXA GO internal Chat GPT)? etc.)

o   Participating to the ongoing tooling of the reorganization process, making proposition in its design and how it could operate, giving feedback on the release that will come during your tenure

 

Engaging in diverse and dynamic team activities: 

-          Ad hoc support to joint initiatives with GO Strategy or and GO Data (e.g., Gen AI for GO Community, etc.)

-          Ad hoc support, depending on interest and workload, on the team internal life (e.g., internal “lunch & learn” sessions, exchanges with other divisions or AXA GO Entities, etc.)

-          Participate to AXA GO internal talks to learn about IT and insurance building blocks and trending innovations (e.g., AXA Group and AXA GO strategies, quantum computer potential impact, cybersecurity fundamentals, AXA Climate academy courses, AI use cases, Agile, etc.)

-          Understanding of “behind the scene” stakes related to the Target Operating Model of an international IT Company, process optimization and their implementation, at an age when Gen AI is challenging everything

-          Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and international context

Profil recherché

YOUR BACKGROUND

Training: engineering school, business school, BAC+4 or BAC+5

Target schools: Tier 1 engineering or business school. International experience (e.g. international exchange) is a plus

Specialization: Previous experience in consulting or working on HR, Organization, digital and/or IT related topics is a plus, as well as familiarity with Lean management, design thinking and/or Agile

 

Soft skills:

-          Good oral and written communication (in English and French)
