DOMAIN PRESENTATION

 The Distributed products team is accountable of the full lifecycle of the Infrastructure backend, OS and DB global products, including Patterns and the whole Ecosystem toolset (Monitoring, Patch/Conf Management, License Mngt, File Transfer, etc…) AXA GO needs to deliver to manage VM with the right level of QoS and Security, on Premise or in the Cloud (IaaS). Moving to the Cloud, Distributed Product is also accountable to migrate existing local Technical Services to Global solutions in the right target location in alignment with the Network and DC strategy while decommissioning former legacy.

IT Services serves entities and markets segments as the catalysts for Cloud adoption and the industrialization of operations, while optimizing costs.

The target organization aims to provide predictable, easy - to - work - with and efficient IT services.

PURPOSE

Support the product lines in Distributed department in running the day-to-day activities and managing activities portfolio, in preparing the delivery governances and making sure all organizational tasks are progressing according to plan.

Profil recherché

Main Activitie

  • Ensure projects are prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the product line
  • Ensure that the right people have access to the right information to make proper decisions
  • Verify that projects are staying within the planned time and budget and provide evidence (Overall progress and health of projects)
  • Follow risk assessments and mitigation across all projects
  • Provide Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, ….
  • Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources, streamline workflow for resource requisition and allocation
  • Update and follow up the backlog and requests coming from other programs
  • Liaise with the PMs and FDMs of other programs to ensure alignment
  • Support the onboarding of new team members in the product line
  • Manage sourcing needs and synchronize with relevant teams such as procurement etc
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure decision and information or cascaded appropriately within product team
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to answer questions and check alignment
  • Support the teams in documenting and preparing appropriate deliverables
  • Coordinate and prepare governance bodies (product steer co etc.)
  • Produce meeting minutes / syntheses

 Expected Skills and Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of project portfolio management and/or strategic project management office.
  • Strong interest and appropriate knowledge on IT architecture, software developments and data management
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Financial Product concept (Business case, pricing model)
  • Knowledge of AXA tools & systems is a plus (for internal candidates only).
  • Experience in a complex transformation environment and complex programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliability and accuracy of analyses as key factors
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in supporting Agile programs.
  • International experience and cross functional skills.
  • Be comfortable in a highly dynamic environment and promote change.
  • Able to adapt to changing environments, keep calm and know how to deal with stress.
