We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team! Report to Hera, our CRM Manager in Paris.

The CRM team works together with other experts from the brand & marketing team but also with Business, Product and Engineering teams. We are responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps. 

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Support other teams in applying technical, content and design improvements to our transactional communications 
  • Support the strategic evolution of our transversal projects
  • Lead the campaign creation effort, working closely with our brand and design teamImplement marketing campaigns on various CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app)
  • Analyze our campaigns results and provide recommendations to the team

  • You feel comfortable working & speaking in English. 
  • You have already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus if used Braze 
  • You are highly detail-oriented and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset
  • You are able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative. 
  • You are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills
  • You have affinity with data, you are at ease with numbers and statistics
  • You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • About the Internship:

  • Starting date is from January, 2025
  • Duration : 6 months
  • Location : Paris, France
  • Recruitment Process:

  • Video-call HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (20-30min)
  • Technical test (home assignment)
  • Skills & cultural fit interview and live case study questions with Hera and Mathilde (1hour)
