As part of the TA team within our People department, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy for the engineering roles of one of our tech tribes.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across Europe
  • Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision-making
  • Launch TA strategies on different channels: new offices & territories, employer branding, etc. 
  • Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people
  • Share, learn and partner with the People department to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.

  • You have 4+ years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are driven by data and a tech-savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency
  • You're skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time with total autonomy
  • You are engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture.
