You’ll join our People & Culture team, dedicated to making Zenchef a fantastic place to work. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead in Amsterdam, you’ll be part of a close-knit, innovative group that thrives on making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers to design creative hiring strategies tailored to their unique needs.
Attract Talent: Post engaging job openings on the best platforms to maximize visibility and reel in top candidates.
Evaluate & Select: Use structured methods to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring the perfect fit for every role.
Enhance Experience: Be a candidate advocate, keeping them engaged and informed every step of the way.
Organize & Optimize: Leverage cutting-edge tools like Recruitee to streamline the hiring process and maintain an impeccable talent pipeline.
Build the Future: Cultivate and manage talent pools for upcoming opportunities, helping us stay ahead in the game.
Boost Our Brand: Partner with the team to drive employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and other creative channels.
Analyze & Improve: Use recruitment data to continuously refine our processes and achieve outstanding hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1/2 years of recruitment experience, with a track record of managing multiple roles effectively.
Communication Skills: You’re a people person, capable of building strong connections with candidates and hiring teams.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms is a big plus.
Proactivity: You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and impeccable attention to detail.
Languages: Fluency in French (spoken and written) and C1-level English are essential.
Passion: You genuinely care about creating a fantastic hiring experience and upholding best practices in recruitment.
