As part of its development and international growth, Bagatelle is looking for a Finance Intern to assist our Finance Team in analyzing the group’s performance in relation to Finance and International Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring the performance of all restaurants on a weekly basis (creation of a P&L, gross margin  analysis, payroll analysis and net sales analysis: Top 10 product sold for example).

• Preparation of monthly and annual closing work in conjunction with the various accounting firms (US, UK, France, Greece).

• Monthly financial report: P&L, balance sheet, cashflow of all the owned venues (London, Mykonos, St Tropez, Courchevel, Miami).

• Follow-up and analysis of expense reports.

• Financial analysis according to the needs.

About you

• Ability to analyze, control and summarize.

• Fluency in English and French required.

• Mastery of Excel and Power Point required.

• Experience in TS, M&A or Audit appreciated.
