Rachel manages the Customer Success team at Beavr. She is responsible for our clients, ensuring they have the best possible experience and long term success with Beavr. Before joining Beavr Rachel worked for 6 years at Contentsquare. First in the London office for 5 years managing the Northern Europe Client Solution Expert teams, and then 1 year in the Paris HQ working on WW Operations for Customer Success. Outside work you can find Rachel reading or outdoors cycling, hiking, skiing.

Charlie manages the Sales & Partnerships team at Beavr. He is responsible for acquiring clients, ensuring we reach our ambitious targets and all sales people feel happy doing so. Before joining Beavr as the first employee, Charlie worked as a tech recruiter, a street party seller and a marketing professional in the education field. Holds a Business & Philosophy degree from McGill University, Canada. Outside work, you can find Charlie on a rugby field, playing music in a bar or studying Gong's top sales recommendations.

Will is our in-house Sustainability & CSR guru, responsible for transferring his expertise to our clients and ensuring our platform remains up-to-date across various domains. Prior to joining Beavr, he was as a Sustainability Analyst at EcoVadis, where he analysed the Sustainability Management Systems of over 150 companies from different industries. He holds a Master's degree in International Sustainability Management from ESCP. Outside of work, Will channels his creative energy into being a Bedroom DJ and loves outdoor sports.

Etienne is the co-founder & CTO of Beavr. He oversees the tech and product aspects and develops the Beavr platform. Prior to co-founding Beavr, Etienne served as a Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer at Samsara in San Francisco, CA, USA. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MSc in Data Science from New York University. Outside of work, Etienne enjoys spending time in nature and the mountains. Depending on the season, he would be thrilled to accompany you on a mountain hike, skiing trip, or for some kite-surfing fun.

Pierre is the co-founder & CEO of Beavr. His main mission is to market the Beavr platform and continually convince more clients! Alongside this, he handles administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the company. Before becoming an entrepreneur and co-founding Beavr, Pierre worked for 5 years at the Boston Consulting Group, initially in Paris and later in San Francisco, where he specialized in pricing strategies for Silicon Valley tech companies. When he's not working, you'll probably find him reading, kite-surfing, or hiking mountain trails.
