 With the perfect balance between agility and expertise, we collaborate with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Brico, Intermarché, Delhaize, Multipharma, Bel Belgium, Mars, SPF Économie, FCA Group, Alpro, and more.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Client & Project Manager  to coordinate branding and packaging projects for one of our key food retail clients.

You will be responsible for the success of each project, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and budget control from conception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 Be the driving force behind projects, activating and managing the necessary resources to deliver outstanding results.
🔹 Write and develop creative briefs, contributing to strategic project thinking.
🔹 Supervise and engage the creative and/or technical team according to project needs and progress.
🔹 Oversee operational execution and coordinate campaigns.
🔹 Ensure seamless execution of packaging and brand management projects, checking all related processes (design, artwork, production, and validation chains) to guarantee flawless delivery.
🔹 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including designers (conceptual & graphic), marketing teams, project coordinators, and buyers.
🔹 Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring cost control (quotes, purchase orders, invoices).
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.


Profil recherché

You have a solid background in food retail and/or brand management. Food retail is something that makes your heart beat faster.
A strong background in packaging and brand design is essential.
You have excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee SKU development.
You take a pragmatic and analytical approach, quickly distinguishing key issues from secondary ones, while maintaining an eye for detail.

You are a true brand guardian, ensuring high-quality output and striving for operational excellence.
You stay up-to-date on market trends and are able to extract key insights to develop precise and effective briefings.
You are client and solution-oriented, with a positive and resilient mindset and a strong ability to stay composed under pressure.
You enjoy working in a close-knit team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Languages: Native Dutch or French, with a professional (C1) level in the second language (Dutch/French) and English.
