As Chief of Staff at Beev, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational efficiency and supporting executive leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work on strategic initiatives, oversee key operational processes, and ensure the successful execution of business goals. Your role will be a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, focused on supporting company growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsabilities
Company Structuring: Assist in the organizational structuring of the company, working on initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Founders Support: Assist the founders in refining the company vision and executing on strategic priorities.
Identify Roadblocks: Work closely with all departments to identify and remove operational or strategic roadblocks.
Operational Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to operational processes, ensuring that Beev remains agile and efficient.
Internal Communication: Lead efforts to improve internal communication across departments, ensuring information flows seamlessly through all levels of the company.
Recruitment Plan Management: Oversee and guide the recruitment process, working closely with HR to ensure the right talent is onboarded in line with business needs.
HR Support: Provide support on HR initiatives, including recruitment, team restructuring (without implying layoffs), and talent development.
Offsites & Executive Seminars: Manage the planning and execution of executive offsites and seminars, fostering team alignment and strategic thinking.
Organize Weekly Executive Committee Meetings (CODIR): Plan and facilitate weekly executive team meetings, ensuring effective discussions and decision-making.
Strategic Reflection Sessions & OKR Management: Organize and animate strategic reflection sessions, ensuring alignment on OKRs (Objectives Key Results) across the company.
Shareholder Reporting: Prepare and manage regular reports to update shareholders on company performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Revenue
Upsell rates
Revenue per employee
Leads generated
Sales performance
Average order value (AOV)
Average payment duration
Take rate
EBITDA
Organize Monthly All-Hands Meetings: Plan and manage the company-wide All Hands meeting, ensuring transparency and engagement across the organization.
KPI Monitoring with Managers: Collaborate with department heads to track performance metrics and drive accountability.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a must-have background in a startup or venture capital (VC) environment. Experience managing teams is also a must-have.
Results and KPI Driven: Strong focus on metrics and ROI, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint without being overly reliant on them.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Either has experience starting a company or aspirations to do so, with a desire to learn the inner workings of a fast-growing startup
Quick Learner: Capable of rapidly absorbing new information and adapting to the fast-paced environment at Beev.
Humorous, Emotionally Intelligent, and an Excellent Communicator: A person with a great sense of humor, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills.
