Overview
We are super proud to build a company that currently welcomes 85 Benies in both France (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse) and Spain.
We have 7 different teams, managed by 9 women and men, including 10 people in Spain and 5 in Lyon. Six of them are C-level (COO, CMO, ... CBO ? Hm, not the last one. A CBO is a McDonald's sandwich, eurk).

Marketing Team
The whole Marketing team is managed by Sven, CMO & co-founder of Bene Bono. The pole is divided into 4 passionate subteams:
- Brand & Content (5 people)
- Acquisition (3 people)
- CRM (1 people)
- Spain (2 people)
Manuel is Bene Bono's Spanish Marketing Manager and is a part of the Marketing Team.
He knows how to be super efficient without ever loosing this big smile of his, that makes every of his teammates want to achieve the impossible.
He joined Bene Bono in February 2023, for the first international launch of the company. Before that, he used to work in Meta and Free Now in Madrid.
Once every quarter I go back to Paris for a few days to bound with the teams, it’s a great moment to catch up and have a lot of fun, as usual.
Purchasing Team
Marie is Bene Bono's Purchasing Specialist (Fruit & Vegetables) and is a part of the Purchasing Team.
If you want someone who can tell you everything about squashes, oranges, cucumbers or carrots... Marie is the one you need! Hard is to find someone less passionate than her :)
She joined Bene Bono in November 2022 and is now managing a team of 4 talents. Before that, she used to work in Naturalia.
The pole is divided into 4 committed subteams:
- Fruit & veggies (4 people)
- Grocery (2 people)
- Procurement (1 people)
- Spain (2 people)
I love to concretely act for such a good cause that anti-waste is!
Tech Team
Tech team is managed by Marc, CTO.
Pole is divided into 3 great squads:
- Warehouse team (3 people)
- Customer Facing team (6 people)
- Engineering Manager (4 people)
Miguel is a Backend developer part of the Warehouse Squad in the Tech team. He's working with Golang as a main langage.
Miguel is one of the pillars of the Tech team, working from South of France. He's always happy to help anyone or to take a (virtual) coffee break.
He joined Bene Bono in March 2022. He's an informatics and electronic engineer and before joining Bene Bono, he was working for an industrial company.
Working at Bene Bono was one of the best decision I've ever made. Everyday I have something new to learn.
Operation Team
The pole is divided into 4 dedicated subteams:
- Customer Support (5 people)
- Field Ops (12 people)
- Excellence Ops (2 people)
- HSSE (2 people)
Amandine is our Warehouse manager, leading our biggest warehouse in Orly (France).
Amandine joined Bene Bono in February 2023. She joined Bene Bono after 13 years in the nuclear industry. Passionated in logistics, she started a reconversion and she decided to join our adventure.
Amandine is working in the Operation team, run by Claire, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder.
The warehouse can be considered as the heart of Bene Bono supply chain. We are linked to all Bene Bono's other services.
Co-Founders
Grégoire is Bene Bono's CEO and co-founder.
Grégoire launched Bene Bono during the first lockdown in 2020 with Sven, Chief Marketing Officer and Claire, Chief Operating Officer. They decided to join forces to fight waste.
Grégoire is leading three teams:
