ENTER THE GAME

Reporting to the Director of Payment and Player Account, you will be responsible for the authentication, player account lifecycle, and KYC verification processes.

You will be a key player in defining, implementing, and ensuring the performance of Betclic's identity verification and account management strategy, both in France and internationally.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Working closely with dedicated Tech, Data, and Design teams, your main missions will include:

Manage and lead your team (organized into 3 squads)

Contribute to the product vision

Deploy the product strategy for your scope

Define and track key performance indicators

Identify projects that enhance and optimize the customer account experience: authentication, securing login and sensitive actions, account lifecycle, regulatory requirements, document verification automation, identity certification

Define your product roadmap, ensure smooth execution, measure impact, and iterate accordingly

Prioritize incoming topics and ensure effective coordination within your team

Collaborate closely with tech, cross-functional, and business teams

Ensure the efficiency of external identity verification providers

Stay ahead of tech and market trends

Report on your activity to your management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with strong expertise in identity-related topics

You are known for your initiative, team spirit, curiosity, and rigor, and have a strong data-oriented mindset

And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Pierre or Audrey will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Catherine, your future manager, followed by Julien, our COO. 

Finally, Pierre or Audrey will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
