About Brigad & Your Future Team

Brigad is in an exciting phase of transformation! While continuing to connect freelancers with businesses, we are also launching a brand-new company dedicated to interim work in the hospitality industry. This new venture is an innovative recruitment solution designed to meet short-term and long-term needs through temporary work. This expansion presents exciting challenges and opportunities, making it the perfect time to join and have a direct impact on our growth.

You’ll be joining the Marketplace Operations team to build and scale this new model while supporting the onboarding of our professionals and the deployment of our first businesses!

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

Your mission: optimize and structure our operations to ensure smooth execution and growth.

  • Onboarding Qualified Professionals: Enhance the onboarding process to maintain a high-quality, diverse talent pool.

  • Optimizing Mission Connections: Support the launch of new businesses and refine our matching strategies.

  • Implementing & Scaling Interim Processes: Ensure compliance and efficiency in managing temporary employment obligations.

  • Monitoring & Analyzing Performance: Track supply-demand balance, conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure operational excellence.


Profil recherché

We’d Love to Work with You if:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup/scale-up.

  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to performance tracking.

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Professional English proficiency, as some internal communications are in English.


Déroulement des entretiens

Our Hiring Process

  1. Screening call (45 min)

  2. Case Study (prepared at home)

  3. Case Presentation with the Operations team

  4. Final interviews with a C-Level and other team members
