ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a E-Tail Assistant who will partner with our Head of E-Tail. As a member of the Business Development team, your role will be to support markets in the maximization of the brand visibility across Byredo’s E-Retail network worldwide to reach our sales targets, while ensuring the perfect execution and respect of Byredo’s brand standards online, with the same level of excellence and expectations as for offline channels. You will also participate in guaranteeing the best possible online experience by elevating brand representation and shopping experience on our partners’ websites.
By the end of your internship, you will have experienced a rich journey within a dynamic, fast-growing and one-of-a-kind brand and will have been at the heart of its E-Tail strategy. You will have developed a solid sense of rigor, E-business and analytical skills.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Price & stock monitoring
Monitor prices applied by E-Tailers and liaise with markets when taking actions is required.
Make sure markets are following closely stock levels, making sure our best sellers are always getting sufficient stock cover on key E-doors.
Assist markets in the optimization of our E-Tail assortment (novelties, discontinuations, assortment upgrades or rationalizations).
For some specific partners, follow closely stock levels and manage replenishment orders.
 
Support markets to maximize our new product launches
Liaise with the different teams involved to get all necessary content to list new products on E-Tail websites in due time: packshots, product descriptions.
Make sure all campaign assets are released in due time on our internal sharing platforms.
Build complete and exhaustive guidelines for every launch to help markets maximize our launches on E-Tail websites (priority visuals to use, social media assets recommendations, newsletter mockups, product page guidelines…).
Follow markets and collect activation plans to make sure our key launches are maximized in all key markets.
 Collect screenshots of the exposure and both qualitative and quantitative feedback from markets to build post-launch reports to be shared with internal teams.
 
Strategic projects
Provide specific support to top 5 markets to seize business opportunities.
Update/upgrade our brand pages across all E-Tail websites to homogenize the way the brand is represented: provide guidelines to markets and closely follow updates.
Product page enrichment: collect available assets and provide guidance to markets to increase conversion for the whole Byredo catalog / brief in internal teams on best-in-class content to be developed.
Distribution audit: support markets on the audit of the current online distribution to check compliance with Byredo’s online agreement process (consolidate the results of the audits, follow upgrades or closings).

Profil recherché

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

You are a Bachelor or Master student in a Business School or University, looking for an internship starting January 2025, for 6 months.
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university.
You ideally have a first experience in Digital/e-Business in the Luxury and/or Beauty industry.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (with solid bases in Microsoft Excel).

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

You are both business and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
You have an interest for Digital and e-commerce and passionate about Luxury and/or beauty industry.
 Your interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this internship.
 You are enthusiast, curious, proactive and able to adapt easily to any situation.
