ChangeNOW organizes events supporting the growth of concrete solutions for the planet and the positive transformation of the business community across the globe. Over the recent years, we have built a significant track record of partnerships with major companies that are leading the transition efforts in their respective sectors. We are now implementing ambitious plans to deepen the scope and range of our partnerships within the private and public sectors to grow our operations and impact. It is the responsibility of the Corporate Partnerships Team to engage all year long with our community of partners to create positive value for the impact ecosystem, and integrate them in all our initiatives.

Working with the lead Key Account Manager & Business Developer, you will help to work on the commercial efforts for the Summit and new, thematic events developed in various regions:

  • Design & Optimize processes and tools to generate business leads, together with our Support and Communication team

  • Conduct studies and research on the latest corporate sustainability news, trends and opportunities across industries

  • Initiate corporate relationships, design relevant packages and assist on partnerships deals

  • Develop new and long-lasting corporate partnerships, while managing key relationships at every level

  • Provide event operational support to prepare and optimize our key accounts experience at the summit (logistics, communication, speaking opportunities, etc…)

  • Work collaboratively with the ChangeNOW teams (Solutions, Speakers, Communication…) to ensure objectives are being met in line with the partners’ and ChangeNOW’s expectations before, during and after the summit


Profil recherché

  • Experience

    • You have at least 1 year of professional experience;

    • Key account management, partnership management, business development, sponsorship, experience in building long-lasting partnerships;

    • Event organization or event project management experience appreciated;

      Skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior professionals;

    • Rigorous and attention to details;

    • Seriousness, autonomy, and result orientation

    • Autonomous, persuasive & integrative thinking;

    • Native French, fluent in English

    • Strong interest in environmental and social innovation

    • Ready to get fully involved in the adventure and to make the impact topics radiate on a large scale!
