As an Account Manager for the Portuguese market, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention. You will identify new B2B prospects, manage the sales process, oversee the implementation of your clients’ ESG reputation programs, and actively contribute to their satisfaction and long-term growth.
You will play a key role in ChooseMyCompany’s expansion in Portugal.
Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Identify and qualify new B2B prospects in the Portuguese market
Conduct multi-channel prospecting campaigns (emailing, calls, networking, etc.)
Organize and lead commercial meetings (video calls, demos, presentations)
Create customized proposals and negotiate contracts
Manage a portfolio of clients post-signature
Ensure client satisfaction and handle contract renewals
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for your clients throughout the partnership
Onboard clients to our back-office platform
Present the features and functionalities available to them
Support clients in setting up their surveys and throughout the project lifecycle
Close the survey process and manage the final accreditation
Participate in and take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience and platform usage
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a SaaS or HR-related environment
Fluent in Portuguese (native or bilingual level)
Excellent command of English or Spanish
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce…) and SaaS platforms
Deep interest in HR, CSR, and employer reputation topics
Highly organized, autonomous, and a great team player
Fixed annual salary 30 / 33 k + variable 12 k
