Position: Operations Processes & Solutions Expert, on permanent contrat.
Several possible locations: Lyon, Shanghai, Paris, Toronto, Porto, Hong Kong, Nantes
Missions :
**Key user animation & training
**- Build & animate a network of Key Users within the operations
- Elaborate/Update Training strategy and organize regular training courses
- Implement Key Users governance
**Operational Excellence
**- Address operational excellence leveraging CW solutions more broadly digital solutions at her/his disposal
- Transform needs from the Key Users, management and other functions into a process (in accordance with core processes)
- Challenge operations
- Pilot operational KPI with operations managers and branch managers
- Ensure operational efficiency (SOP updates,) & coordination with overseas.
- Be responsible for analysis and improvements measures.
- Drive associated change requests & reports status to requestors (Key Users, …)
- Act as project manager when necessary
**Solutions Management
**- Support level 2 of Cargowise One
- Define client specific processes when EDI/Reporting are in place (Live by Clasquin) and set up Cargowise and Live accordingly
- Deliver associated documentation to ensure proper transition of these processes to the end-users (Training & Support)
- Define and promote standards for data, solutions & governance
- Ensure follow-up & monitoring
- Test new releases
- Review new functionalities and propose deployment /activation
What we are looking for:
You have strong experience with TMS systems related to Freight Forwarding, and ideally with Cargowise One by WiseTech.
You are willing to travel frequently.
Your English is fluent. Chinese, Spanish or French are an asset.
