As Coaching Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Coachello’s coaching solutions by leveraging coaching expertise to design, refine, and innovate our coaching programs. You will drive improvements across individual coaching, AI-driven coaching, and hybrid models, ensuring that our solutions are cutting-edge, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. This is a strategic role that demands a blend of coaching expertise, project management, and technical savvy.
Transversal role working directly with the founders, collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, Tech, and Coaching teams
Coaching Program Design & Development
Develop and enhance coaching frameworks for both human and AI-powered coaching programs.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to design bespoke coaching solutions aligned with client needs.
Integrate coaching methodologies into AI coaching, ensuring a seamless experience and effectiveness.
Co-create and innovate leadership and career development programs that resonate with individual and organizational goals.
Utilize user feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve coaching models and outcomes.
Improve our assessments tools
AI and Technology Integration
Work closely with the product team to refine the AI Leadership Coach, ensuring it incorporates advanced coaching techniques.
Champion AI-driven coaching innovations that enhance scalability and personalization.
Drive the use of technology and data to streamline coaching sessions, improve coachee outcomes, and track progress against development goals.
Project Management & Consulting
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance coaching programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Consult with internal teams and clients on optimal coaching approaches, fostering solutions that align with organizational talent strategies.
Build and refine processes to scale coaching operations while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a thought leader by representing Coachello at industry events, contributing to articles, and networking with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful onboarding, program customization, and acculturation for coaching initiatives.
Engage in ongoing feedback loops with clients and coachees to ensure satisfaction and program effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on coaching outcomes, creating actionable insights for program refinement.
Maintain a pulse on industry trends to keep Coachello’s offerings at the forefront of coaching and AI development.
Organize internal workshops to educate the team on coaching best practices and integrate this knowledge into our solutions.

Fluent in both French + English
Certified coach (ICF preferred) with deep knowledge of coaching methodologies and leadership development.
Experience in consulting or project management, ideally in environments focused on talent development or learning and development (L&D).
Proven track record in designing and scaling coaching programs for diverse client needs.
Tech-savvy with experience integrating coaching with digital platforms, particularly AI-based solutions.
Strong data literacy and ability to use analytics to drive coaching effectiveness.
Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
