What you’ll be doing:

• Deal-Making Dynamo: Work alongside the City Manager to negotiate pricing and terms with sellers and partners, securing the best conditions for each acquisition.

• Analytical Whiz: Dive into due diligence tasks, from urban planning analysis to financial assessments, ensuring every project’s viability and profitability are crystal clear.

• Storyteller Extraordinaire: Prepare compelling reports and presentations to deliver acquisition insights and recommendations to the Investment Committee, making your findings impossible to ignore.

• Transaction Guru: Oversee acquisitions from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
