Support Development Projects Across Multiple Cities

• Collaborate with local teams, architects, and the Head of Acquisition to assess the feasibility of development projects in cities like Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, England, France, the USA, and Italy.

• Assist local Acquisition Managers with large-scale project evaluations, including remodeling plans for houses ranging from 22 to 99+ rooms.

• Conduct site visits to assets worldwide when necessary.

Manage Permitting Processes Globally

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and international project regulations.

• Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and project teams to handle permit applications and resolve regulatory issues.

• Prepare required documentation, develop strategies for efficient permitting, and advise on potential risks or challenges.

Oversee Brussels Portfolio Management

• Work closely with legal teams and the Brussels team to manage communication with local communes.

• Produce necessary documents and define regulatory strategies for the management of Belgium properties.

• You have an Architecture degree with at least 4 years experience

• You have experience with permits in Brussels and are open to learn new regulations from other cities

• You have a strong interest in real estate and development projects

• You are organized and structured

• You have solid skills with Autocad and Vectorworks is a plus

• You are autonomous and proactive

• You are fluent in French and English
