Support Development Projects Across Multiple Cities
Collaborate with local teams, architects, and the Head of Acquisition to assess the feasibility of development projects in cities like Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, England, France, the USA, and Italy.
Assist local Acquisition Managers with large-scale project evaluations, including remodeling plans for houses ranging from 22 to 99+ rooms.
Conduct site visits to assets worldwide when necessary.
Manage Permitting Processes Globally
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and international project regulations.
Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and project teams to handle permit applications and resolve regulatory issues.
Prepare required documentation, develop strategies for efficient permitting, and advise on potential risks or challenges.
Oversee Brussels Portfolio Management
Work closely with legal teams and the Brussels team to manage communication with local communes.
Produce necessary documents and define regulatory strategies for the management of Belgium properties.
You have an Architecture degree with at least 4 years experience
You have experience with permits in Brussels and are open to learn new regulations from other cities
You have a strong interest in real estate and development projects
You are organized and structured
You have solid skills with Autocad and Vectorworks is a plus
You are autonomous and proactive
You are fluent in French and English
