What you’ll be doing:

Community Dynamo 💬

  • Experience Maestro: Ensure a top-notch experience for every member of our community.

  • Welcome Ambassador: Be the first point of contact for new members and support them throughout their onboarding.

  • Atmosphere Creator: Organize and participate in events that strengthen the community and boost brand awareness.

  • Local Partnership Builder: Identify and develop local partnerships that add value to our community.

  • Content Planner: Develop a content strategy that aligns with Cohabs’ values, including engaging articles, videos, and posts.

  • Attentive Listener: Gather and relay member feedback to internal teams to continuously enhance the member experience.

  • Occupancy Booster: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize occupancy rates.

Property Guru 🏡

  • Quality Guardian: Ensure local properties are maintained to the highest standards.

  • Key Communicator: Handle communications between Cohabs and our members regarding maintenance and customer service.

  • Efficient Problem-Solver: Address issues efficiently, finding the best and most economical solutions.

  • Dynamic Duo: Work alongside a Local Maintenance Manager and contractors to keep things running smoothly.

  • Cleanliness Champion: Oversee cleaning services to ensure a spotless experience for members.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for:

  • Pragmatic Mindset: You quickly understand complex issues and propose innovative and effective solutions.

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional written and oral skills, with a talent for creating engaging content.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Great understanding of customer experience, with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations.

  • Bilingual in French & English: Fluency in both languages is essential.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You take initiative, are motivated to deliver the best results, and drive continuous improvement.
