What would you do?

• Support the finance team in various tasks with the aim to update and improve the
  financial processes and develop its own technical and soft skills.
• Follow-up of the rents of all our rooms around the world. Help develop the follow-up tools
  to gain more insights and track closely the occupancy rate.
• Manage independently ad-hoc projects related to finance matters as a mean to reinforce
  and optimize the financial processes within Cohabs.
• Assist the accounting team in there daily task, such as invoice treatment and budgeting.
• Assistance of other departments (property, project, community, etc.) regarding the
  development of internal reporting tools adapted to their needs, or to identify and interpret
  key data.
• Direct interactions with the Cohabs members concerning their finance related issues.

Who are we looking for?

A student in higher education in an economic or financial field of study, requiring an internship to validate his diploma. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. He/she should be available, preferably, as from December 2023 - January 2024. The person should have following skills:

• Be independent and able to assess very well what he/she can decide or undertake and what he/she needs to escalate to the management

• Analytical approach and problem-solving attitude. Able to easily understand complex matters and come up with innovative and strong solutions

• ‘People person’ with great customer service skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and eager to deliver the best results. He/she comes up with great initiatives and is a driver for continuous improvement. He/she is also of a curious nature

• Perfectly organized and meticulous individual

• Very good oral and written communication skills

• Fluent in French & English
