What you’ll be doing:

  • B2B Growth driver: Build strategic partnerships with companies, universities, HR teams, and relocation agencies to generate high-quality leads and boost occupancy.

  • Marketplace visibility wizard: Manage digital marketplace partnerships, optimizing ads and listings to maximize lead generation and visibility.

  • Local engagement champion: Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional PR efforts and social media strategies, driving inquiries and conversions.

  • Sales strategist: Achieve occupancy targets through direct outreach, calls, WhatsApp interactions, and proactive lead follow-up while identifying new revenue opportunities.

  • Community connector: Work closely with the local Customer Experience team to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Meet members to gather feedback and ensure our community grows with the right individuals.

  • Event representative: Represent Cohabs at real estate fairs, member events, and local initiatives, ensuring strong visibility in the region.

  • Team leader: Recruit, train, and mentor sales trainees to maintain high conversion rates and an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Data-driven performer: Report regularly to the Regional Manager and Head of Revenue, ensuring transparent communication and performance tracking.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced sales pro: 5–10 years of proven success in sales, with a strong background in B2B and partnership development.

  • Goal-oriented achiever: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy targets while maintaining high-quality member satisfaction.

  • Relationship builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.

  • Tech-savvy organizer: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software to streamline tracking and reporting.

  • Community-driven leader: Passion for creating exceptional member experiences and inspiring a focus on quality within a sales team.

  • Bonus points: Knowledge of the real estate or hospitality sectors.


Déroulement des entretiens

First, you’ll have a warm chat with Thomas (Regional Manager EU), followed by a deep dive with Dan (Regional Manager US). If you ace those, you’ll get to show off your skills in a final round with our C-level team at Cohabs.
