You will be an all-round active member of the Commune team, working directly with the Community & Partnerships Manager on different topics and projects simultaneously. With the two first residences opening at the end of 2023, we’re speeding things up and are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated, out-of-the-box thinker. Your tasks will include (yet, won’t be limited to) the following:
Interviews with future candidates & follow-up on the application process
Assistance in the development of the customer sourcing and selection strategy
Development of the community-building strategy
Assistance in the development of the onboarding and offboarding process
Research, set-up and follow-up of partnerships for both operational & visibility purposes
Organisation of events
Fluent in French
Outspokenness
Inquisitive and enthusiastic personality
Fluency in English and French
Ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships
Experience in the field of partnerships is a plus
