Your mission within the company:

As part of the Customer Success team, your mission is to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions at our clients. You will actively participate in the strategic discussions regarding the development and enhancement of our product offerings and solution modules. Your role is crucial in helping our clients achieve their goals and in contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Your daily responsibilities:

Initially, you will be integrated into a major project for one of our clients, where you will implement a new module of our solution. You will be responsible for:

• Defining and documenting the process

• Configuring part of the solution

• Communicating and coordinating with technical teams regarding developments

• Handling a large amount of data

• Developing relevant dashboards using a BI tool

These operational tasks will be complemented by a strategic dimension:

• Automating the operational tasks you have carried out within this specific project

• Contributing to the structuring of our offerings

• Collaborating with our product team to identify areas for improvement in our module

Subsequently, you will be integrated into other projects and may work across all modules of our solution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in new implementation projects: studying feasibility, configuring the platform, testing data, etc.

• Providing support to our clients using the solution: responding to their requests, investigating and resolving issues, and conducting training sessions

• Product exploration: translating needs into specifications

• Testing new technical deliveries

• If you are comfortable with SQL and have experience with a BI tool, that’s a plus!

• You are eager to work with agri-food industry stakeholders (cooperatives, manufacturers, etc.)

• You are very meticulous and structured
