We’re looking for an FP&A Topline Specialist to join our team in Paris as soon as possible. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be an integral part of the finance department.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for Topline forecasts and budgets exercise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Own the revenue modeling and reporting analysis within Pigment, our planning and forecasting tool, and Tableau, our data visualization tool
  • Contribute to the company transformation by developing, maintaining, and monitoring KPIs for GTM teams, to enhance decision-making processes
  • Develop expertise as a product specialist and shape future analytical frameworks, including revenue analysis by segment and product
  • Assist the FP&A Director with the month-end close process by reviewing and analyzing EPD (R&D and Product) financial performance against forecasts, including expenses and headcount
  • Establish a strong collaboration with the Field Finance team, to gain valuable insights into topline performance and related topics
  • Help the documentation process to share knowledge across all FP&A teams
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education: Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • Min 3 years of experience as a FP&A in a High-Tech company, fast-paced environment, preferably in subscription revenue environment - SaaS
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Anaplan/Pigment) is a plus
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex data in simple terms
  • Work Ethic: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English & French
