Responsibility :
In a context of strong international growth and the launch of a new SaaS business, we are looking for an FP&A Manager to strengthen our team (3 people) to enhance and ensure the reliability of financial information production: P&L, Cash, and Balance Sheet.
You will report directly to our Head of FP&A and Investor Relations, working closely with another FP&A Manager and supported by a trainee.
This role is an opportunity for you to play a key part in shaping the company’s growth strategy while gaining exposure to the Leadership team.
Strategic and Financial Planning :
Support the strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long-Range Plan) to assist in decision-making regarding resource allocation and project prioritization. Help develop and maintain financial forecasting models, including scenario analyses and ad hoc studies.
Financial Insights :
Collaborate with department heads and the Leadership team to create frameworks that provide deep insights into revenue and margins across business lines and geographies, while benchmarking performance against other regions or competitors.
Business Cases :
Contribute to the development and measurement of growth and profitability initiatives, including pricing strategy, margin improvement, and the assessment of new business lines.
Your profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Transaction Services (EY, PwC, Accuracy, KPMG, 8A, banks, or consulting firms)
Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, IAE, or a DSCG track in a business school
You are agile, organized, energetic, and a true problem solver
You are proactive and adopt a business partner approach to support our teams
