In a few words

You will be based in our Paris office, working with the Customer Success team: Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts and daily in touch with the global UI team (8 designers in Paris including YOU, 4 in London & 2 in New York).

On a typidal day, you might contribute to:

SaaS missions:

• Train our customers on how to solve their UX problems with graphical recommendations based on data & create training assets available online for them
• Prepare consulting workshops responding to UI/UX customers’ needs

Managed services missions:

• Solve UX problems with operational recommendations thanks to audits and workshops for our customers
• Realise wireframes & mockups for customers

Internal missions:

• Participate in building internal projects at Contentsquare (about combining data and UX expertise, hackathon projects, …) from conception to UX/UI design
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create dedicated campaigns about UX/UI trends (blog articles, webinars, newsletters…)
• Daily contribute to Contentsquare UI expertise thanks to our global team of designers

What we’re looking for:

• You speak fluent French and English & you have a good knowledge of the French market
• You have 2+ years experience in UX/UI design
• You have excellent presentation skills (useful in client workshops)
• You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop/Illustrator
• You have a good knowledge of prototype tools: Sketch/Adobe XD/InVision
• You hold a solid knowledge of e-commerce sector: UX/UI best practices
• You know about HTML/CSS basics (bonus)
