As a member of the Compliance and Legal Department, under the supervision of the Compliance and Quality manager, you will participate in the operational strategy for setting up the quality management system, in the structuring and governance rules of the department and in continuous training projects for employees on applicable regulations.
More specifically, you will contribute to:
Update and create appropriate quality documents to support activities
Participate in project meetings and identify quality actions to be implemented
Follow action plans with the operation team.
Produce and maintain training materials
Help the team ensure that their projects comply with applicable regulations (such as Good Clinical Practice)
Be a point of contact for team members with Quality questions or requests
This position is designed for a senior student in Pharmacy or in a Master 2 in Quality Assurance, who would like to understand the day-to-day work of the Quality Department of a revolutionary company in the healthcare research sector.
You have a Master 2 in Quality or Clinical Research, including courses in Good Clinical Practices,
You are fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus
Your strengths include team spirit, rigor and proactivity,
You have good writing (French and English) and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in Healthcare is a plus
You have a good analytical mind, and are able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
