Descriptif du poste

  • You’ll create an account plan for the clients in your portfolio.

  • You’ll work on strategies for your targeted clients.

  • You’ll manage the onboarding: When a new customer signs a contract, you’ll help to set it up and make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • You’ll be responsible for answering any business or legal questions your clients have.

  • You’ll look for chances to sell more products or services to your clients (cross-sell, up-sell).

  • You’ll develop good relationships with the stakeholders to make sure they stay loyal to your company.

  • You’ll try to anticipate your clients’ needs and work with the support team to offer them the right solutions.

  • You’ll be involved in the department’s activities: suggest processes improvements or increasing knowledge about the industry.

  • You’ll keep track of all client information in our CRM tool (Zoho).

  • You’ll make sure clients follow through with their contracts, including financial and legal agreements, and try to renew them when they’re about to end.

  • You’ll manage client risks and crises, take action to fix them if they come up.

  • You’ll create success stories to share them with your team.


Profil recherché

  • Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level).

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role, selling B2B solutions in the areas of MarTech, SaaS, or digital marketing.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office / 2 days remotely) in one of our offices in Lille or Paris.

  • Willingness for business travels, e.g. for Business Expo, meetings with clients.

  • Strong communication skills (ability to present documents clearly / facilitate various meetings).

  • Client-oriented: Ability to understand the needs and requirements of clients, to anticipate their expectations, and to provide quality service to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Sales skills: Ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities, to negotiate contracts, and to conclude sales while maintaining good relationships with clients.

  • Account management: Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients, to develop account plans, to track performance, and to ensure client retention.

  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, to manage time effectively, and to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze client data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions to optimize account performance.

  • Team spirit: Ability to collaborate with other members of the sales team and internal departments.

  • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify potential issues and find suitable solutions to resolve them while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of clients’ industry sector, market, competition, and market trends in order to provide relevant advice and solutions.

  • Capacity for innovation: Being able to propose creative ideas and innovative solutions to meet client needs.


Déroulement des entretiens

  3. Personal meeting and in-basket test / with hiring manager, CEO / 120 minutes. The meeting takes place in one of our offices in Lille or Paris.
