You’ll focus on creating, qualifying, and prospecting leads through phone, email, and social media.
You’ll move leads through the sales pipeline from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
You’ll manage inbound and outbound leads, using lists you create or receive from marketing.
You’ll qualify prospects based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe).
You’ll generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
You’ll actively participate in account reviews and share your observations and insights.
You’ll reach out to prospects and clients to ensure attendance at JustRelate events.
You’ll take part in trade fairs and events organized or partnered by JustRelate.
You’ll participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level), additional language skills are a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including curiosity, adaptability, rationality, empathy, perseverance, and resilience, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations and business development.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
