Currently, three of our founders are engineers, and one has a background in sales. So, we’re asking ourselves: Where is our focus on brand and communication?

We’re looking for a Head of Brand and Content with both strategic thinking and hands-on skills because everything is yet to be built.
We need someone ready to take on this challenge, as it’s one of our most critical strategic priorities for the years ahead.

Inspire pride in our teams. Build a strong brand and communication strategy that reflects who we are and what we’re creating together.

We need to move upmarket and attract larger customers with a stronger brand image.
We need to better value, celebrate, and share what we do and how we work at Dashdoc. This is essential not just for external recognition but also for fostering internal self-confidence and pride in what we’re building together.
Competition is intensifying, and standing out has never been more important.
Brand Positioning and Awareness:
Refine our brand identity to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Develop messages tailored to our different target audiences
Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy
Evangelize about Marketing mechanisms internally
Communication
Define and implement our communication strategy for our audiences
Develop and implement event-based communication plan (eg : our annual event)
Make noise around new product features, integrations, partnerships, onboardings …
Help Dashdockers (C-Levels and others) leverage their personal network and branding to communicate more and reflect what we’re building
Content strategy
High quality content allowing us to create qualified audience (webinars, lead magnets, study, conferences, podcast…)
Sales enablement content that help our Sales team go up market and position Dashdoc as a reference for transport management (testimonials, case study, pitch decks, …)
Ensure a regular presence across multiple channels to maximize the reach of our content (Linkedin, Co-marketing with partners, SEO …)
Customer and Market Knowledge:
Website management
Make sure our website reflect our positioning in both content and form
Ensure international consistency
Ensure our website gather all valuable content and is a real asset for visitors as for our sales team

+5 years in Branding and communication with proven track record of building and nurturing large audiences
Creativity: bring that “je-ne-sais-quoi” that inspires, connects, and delights employees & customers
Strong energy communication: give a sense of belonging, keep everyone informed of the incredible things happening around the company, and ensure that their experience with us is memorable in the best way possible
Excellent written and oral competencies
You are creative while being results-oriented: you know how to generate new ideas but also how to set priorities and stick to them
In-depth knowledge of content marketing mechanisms
Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
