🚀 Missions

As customer success manager - Key accounts at Dashdoc, you are the referent to make our strategic customers successful:

  • You guarantee retention and minimise churn by delivering an excellent and personalised support to the users.

  • You identify and monitor the KPIs to ensure the clients achieve their goals and get ROI with Dashdoc. You run periodic reviews with the client to animate the relationship and follow action plans

  • You have a clear view of the complex organisations of our clients, and you create and maintain connections with the right people to detect expansion in your portfolio. You work closely with the sales team to convert it into deals. The sales manager is responsible of negotiation and closing.

  • You understand the real needs of your clients and influence Dashdoc’s roadmap to fulfil them.

Profil recherché

  • Experience with key account companies : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts in a saas company, as consultant or project manager

  • Customer oriented : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions

  • Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations

  • Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects, follow closely an action plan

  • On-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites

  • Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Bonus : you know the transportation, logistics or supply chain market


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Quick intro call (20 min) to get to know you and your career goals.

  • Deep dive (1 hr): Chat about your experience and expertise

  • Study case (1.5 hrs): Show your problem-solving skills.

  • Final chat with our CEO: Let’s make sure with Benoit (our CEO) it’s the perfect fit!

The whole process should not take longer than 2-3 weeks.

At least one of these steps will take place at the office!
