🦸‍♀️ Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies
  • Develop engaging content such as social media posts, videos, and communication toolkits to enhance the visibility of the employer brand
  • Work closely with People, IT and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, from system setup to team introductions

🌟 Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with onboarding and employer brand initiatives is a plus
