Descriptif du poste

  • Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo, ensuring performance, scalability, and great user experience.

  • Own problems across the stack—while your focus is mobile, you’ll work beyond the UI to solve issues across APIs, backend services, and infrastructure as needed.

  • Ship high-quality, maintainable code that improves execution speed over time.

  • Leverage AI and automation to improve development efficiency and enhance the product.

  • Take full ownership of features, from understanding business needs to deploying scalable systems.

  • Step outside your comfort zone to learn new technologies and approaches as needed.

  • Move quickly while maintaining a strong technical foundation.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to continuously improve.


Profil recherché

  • You have experience building and shipping production-grade React Native applications.

  • You are proficient in Expo and modern mobile development practices.

  • You take ownership of problems, working beyond just the UI to ensure end-to-end solutions.

  • You care about code quality, maintainability, and performance.

  • You are comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies as needed.
    • You are excited about leveraging AI for automation and smarter product development.
    • You thrive in environments that value speed, autonomy, and impact.
    • Experience with backend services, APIs, or cloud platforms is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

2️⃣ Lunch with the Team – A casual opportunity to meet the team, get a sense of our culture, and ask any questions.

3️⃣ Interviews with the Founders – Two conversations with our co-founders to dive deeper into your experience, approach, and alignment with our vision.

4️⃣ Take home assessment - A series of exercises around use-cases we have at DejaBlue, with a 20-min presentation to show your results.

5️⃣ Reference Checks – We’ll connect with your references to validate your experience and fit.

6️⃣ Offer – If everything aligns, we’ll be excited to welcome you to the team!
