Descriptif du poste

  • Work closely with clients to assess their site needs, gather requirements, and develop tailored EV charging solutions.

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to determine feasibility, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed technical quotes and proposals, ensuring accurate pricing, feasibility, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Support the sales team by bridging the gap between technical feasibility and customer requirements.

  • Guide clients through the transition to DejaBlue’s software management systems, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to scope and optimize solutions for maximum efficiency.

  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, incentives, and best practices in EV charging and energy management.

  • Help refine our sales and quoting processes to improve efficiency and scale the business.


Profil recherché

  • You have experience in B2B sales, energy infrastructure, EV charging, or related technical fields.

  • You are comfortable working on-site with clients, conducting assessments, and developing tailored solutions.

  • You have a strong understanding of technical sales processes, including quoting, feasibility analysis, and project scoping.

  • You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both customers and internal teams.

  • You take ownership of your work, solve problems proactively, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same.

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that proposals, pricing, and project details are accurate and executable.

  • Experience with electrical systems, permitting, or grid interconnection is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

2️⃣ Lunch with the Team – A casual opportunity to meet the team, get a sense of our culture, and ask any questions.

3️⃣ Interviews with the Founders – Two conversations with our co-founders to dive deeper into your experience, approach, and alignment with our vision.

4️⃣ Sales Presentation (30 min) – You’ll present on a sales topic of your choice (preferably B2B) to our team. We’re looking for clarity, strategy, and engagement.

5️⃣ Reference Checks – We’ll connect with your references to validate your experience and fit.

6️⃣ Offer – If everything aligns, we’ll be excited to welcome you to the team!
